CFPB Public Hearing on Student Debt

If you live in Milwaukee or plan to be there this week, consider joining the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for a public hearing on student debt this Thursday. The hearing starts at 10 a.m. CDT and will be held at:

Wisconsin Center
400 W. Wisconsin Ave.
Milwaukee, WI 53203

Attendees will hear remarks from Richard Cordray, director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as well as consumer groups, industry representatives, and members of the public.

This event is open to the public and requires an RSVP; send CFPB an email to RSVP. If you won’t be in town but want to see what’s discussed, the event will be streamed live on CFPB's blog.
